From learning to surf, kayaking with dolphins, hang gliding with eagles, to wandering through magnificent national parks to magical waterfalls, there is something to do for everyone in the Byron Bay Hinterland.
Take a drive through the Byron hinterland, through funky townships, offering great coffee and vibrant food, or check out the weekly community and farmers markets where you can people watch, and find great locally produced produce.
If Live Music is what you like, then try the Brunswick Heads pub with it's great beer garden and food, while listening to local musicians. Sunday afternoons are fantastic at Billinudgel pub, listening to seasoned musicians from all over Australia, while enjoying a steak in one of the original Country pubs.
Another option is to explore Mullumbimby, only 10 mins away. This original 70's hippie village is home to great organic shops, friendly cafes and one of the most popular pubs in the area.
